What is this workshop about?

Inevitable workplace disagreement can lead to rupture that distracts us from our shared purpose. What if we reframed disagreement from a blocking force into something that actually enriches our work?

When approached generatively, disagreement has the capacity to produce something new that was not there before –It is a way of engaging differences that expand our ability to work more creatively and reconnect to our shared commitments. To do meaningful work together, teams need the skills to navigate disagreement productively. This workshop introduces practical tools that help transform moments of tension into opportunities for Innovation and stronger collaboration.

By engaging in disagreement generatively, your team can:

  • Reconnect with your shared ethos and gain greater clarity around purpose and priorities
