Navigating Rupture: A Transformation Workshop for Organizations
What is this workshop about?
When faced with external crisis or internal turmoil, how do we want our organizations to react? Funding cuts, political pressures, team conflict, and burnout are common experiences in organizations that can lead to rupture. Reactive, quick fixes risk repeating old patterns from the past that do not serve us. When approached through a generative lens, rupture can offer us fertile ground for growth. This transformational workshop is for organizations facing misalignment, conflict, and crisis, and wish to realign around a common goal and create lasting transformation. By adapting creatively to challenges, organizations are able to become more resilient and intentional.
