The Architecture Of Participation: Designing Inclusive Collaborations

What is this Workshop About?

The way we conduct group processes can unintentionally reproduce power dynamics, amplifying the same voices and leaving the same ones out. Geared towards professionals who regularly lead group collaborations, this workshop equips participants with practical tools for designing and implementing more inclusive collaborations. By broadening group participation, professionals are better able to harness collective intelligence for more representative and creative results. This workshop covers three main topics: inclusive collaboration design, integrating trauma-informed approaches into collaborations, and navigating team disagreement to strengthen collaboration.
