The Architecture Of Participation: Designing Inclusive Collaborations
What is this Workshop About?

By broadening group participation, professionals are better able to harness collective intelligence for more representative and creative results. This workshop covers three main topics: inclusive collaboration design, integrating trauma-informed approaches into collaborations, and navigating team disagreement to strengthen collaboration.
